Brief about Customer Service Role (Voice and Non- Voice) - Handling customer queries in terms of email, voice and chat.
Brief about Editorial role - Upload deal content and codes before the deal goes live on the website,   modify content according to instructions from the sales team and merchants and do other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Brief of Content Writer - We are searching for an experienced and qualified creative writer to get on-board our Editorial Team. The basic and most important responsibility would be to craft witty deals that generate the interest of our subscribers and make them click the Buy button. 
Brief of Content Editor - The Content Editor is a pivotal part of the Editorial team. The Content Editor not only ensures complete accuracy and consistency of the content but mentors the team with tips to improve overall content quality. 
Brief of Deal Vetter - This sub-team within Editorial is responsible for approving contracts submitted by the sales team. They adhere to a checklist and ensure that all the information required by the customer is present in the contract.
