Position: 100 vacancies.

Designation: Customer Service Expert (Non Voice, Non Technical)
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Experience Required: 0 - 2 years
Shifts: Rotational shifts with Rotational Week Offs.
Qualification:
Any Degree (i.e. BA, B. Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA etc.).
Engineering Graduates & Post Graduates with an aggregate of 60% or above in academics are not eligible.
2015 pass-out Engineering Graduates & Post Graduates are not eligible.
People with career gap 2 to 3 years (i.e. below age group of 26 years) can also apply.
Experienced candidate above the age group of 29 years are not eligible.
People with arrears are not eligible.
Job Requirement:
Good Communication Skill (i.e. Verbal and Written skill in English).
Good Observation Skill.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
Must have Positive Thinking.
Good attitude, team player, career oriented and a quick learner.
Week Offs: 2 days - i.e. 2 consecutive days
